Amenity Reservations

Clubhouse and Pavilion Rental space is for use by Pearson Place at Avery Ranch Members* and Heritage Oaks Members* and their guests. Reservations may only be scheduled by a Member and the Member must be present for the whole event. A reservation for a business or For-Profit event is prohibited and will not be approved.


*Pearson Place at Avery Ranch Association Member is:

  • Homeowner in Pearson Place at Avery Ranch and has an established Homeowner record in Townsq
  • Tenant in Pearson Place at Avery Ranch who has 

Heritage Oaks Association is responsible for ensuring their current Member list is submitted to and kept current with Pearson Place’s Community manager apprmanager@goodwintx.com. This will ensure Heritage Oaks Members can utilize Pearson Place at Avery Ranch Amenities.

 

The Homeowner Member is ultimately responsible for ensuring Rental rules are followed and for any costs incurred by them, their Tenant Member and/ or their guests during their rental period.

  • Clubhouse and Pavilion rental includes access of up to 15 guests to pool area during rental period.
  • No smoking is allowed in Clubhouse or Pavilion. 
  • Profanity and loud, boisterous behavior are strictly prohibited

Parties will be subject to the schedule of fees provided in the table below. Please contact Community Manager (Goodwin) by email (apprmanager@goodwintx.com) to confirm the scheduling of your event. All reservations must be scheduled through the Community Manager so that events are not double-booked, and all necessary paperwork is completed. 

  • 3 blocks of space are available each day: 8AM-12PM, 12:30 PM-4:30PM, 5PM- 9PM. 
    1. These blocks include set-up and clean-up (see clean-up details below) 
    2. Failure to return the space per the guidelines below will result in a minimum $100 clean-up fee being posted to the reserving Member’s account. Member will be charged for actual cost if above $100.
    3. All costs not paid by Tenant Member will be the responsibility of the Homeowner Member.
    4. Reserving Member may not access a reserved space prior to their scheduled time nor remain in the reserved space after their scheduled time. 
    5. No event may continue past 9 PM.
  • Reservations must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance on a first come, first served basis. The reservation form and payment must be received by the Goodwin office through this online portal to confirm a reservation request. 
    1. A signed copy of the reservation form will be returned to the reserving Member as confirmation of the request. 
    2. Claimed reservations not posted and evidenced by a fully executed reservation form with a confirmation email from the Goodwin Property Manager will not be honored.
  • Payment in full must be made at the time the reservation form is submitted. In the event a reserving Member’s use of the reserved amenity exceeds the time slot reserved, the Member will be billed for the additional booking slot used. 
  • Fees and deposits may be adjusted from time to time and are subject to change without the notice to Members.
  • Cancellations: Payments are nonrefundable unless written notice is received within 3 business days by the managing agent.
  • A reservation may be refused at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors with no reason given. The Association will give notice of refused or canceled reservation. A reserved event may be terminated during the execution if, in the judgment of management, it poses a threat of harm or danger to the property, other Members or their guests, or loss of quiet enjoyment by other members of the Pearson Place at Avery Ranch Owners Association. All Pearson Place at Avery Ranch Rules shall be followed by the reserving Member and their guests.
